- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This is the worst place I have ever been for customer service. The service employee, Janet, was extremely unpleasant and extremely unhelpful. She had no interest at all in helping me solve the problem of finding diabetic shoes for myself. When I tried to explain what I was looking for, she did nothing but glare at me indifferently and then do nothing other than look up information in a catalog, which I could have done myself had I wanted to purchase shoes on line with no consultation with anyone professional, which I would never do.
